Unable to Cancel Opodo Reservation Due to Card Limit, No Refund or Support
I made a reservation through Opodo, but since my credit card limit wasn’t sufficient, I decided to cancel it. However, I haven’t been able to get any help from Opodo. I’ve tried emailing them multiple times, but none of my messages go through, and I can’t reach anyone. There is no one to communicate with, and I haven’t received a refund for the canceled reservation. I’ve tried using the reference number TR195600110, but it hasn’t helped at all. This lack of support is incredibly frustrating. Opodo, I need my money refunded immediately. Please resolve this issue and improve your customer service.
