Opodo Customer Service Unreachable After Unauthorized Billing

On January 30, 2026, I purchased a flight ticket through Opodo.it. During this transaction, I do not believe that I gave any consent for a membership or paid subscription. Despite this, on February 17, 2026, €99.99 was charged to my debit card under the name “Opodo Prime Annual” without my authorization. My account activity shows that the first two attempts failed, and the charge was successfully completed on the third attempt.
I tried to log into my Opodo account to remove my card details and cancel this Opodo Prime membership, but I was unable to do so through the system. I have not made any prior membership or other purchases with Opodo using this card.
I attempted to send an email to report this issue, but my message was not delivered. I also tried to reach customer service but was unable to get any response. I request an immediate refund of the unauthorized €99.99 charge, the cancellation of my Opodo Prime membership, and the complete removal of my credit card information from your system. Otherwise, I will be forced to pursue legal action.
