Opodo Charged Me €88.99 for Prime Membership I Didn’t Authorize

I was charged €88.99 by Opodo for a Prime membership that I never requested. I don’t have any account or membership with this company, and I wasn’t even notified before they took the money from my card. How can a charge like this happen without my consent? I contacted my bank, but they had no information and couldn't help. I had to cancel my card and get a new one just to stop the unauthorized transactions. Opodo, this is unacceptable! I demand an immediate refund and an explanation as to how this could happen. If not resolved soon, I will escalate this matter further.
