Opodo Charged Me €119.99 for a Membership I Never Approved

On March 12, I purchased a flight ticket through Opodo for an AJet flight from Munich to Istanbul. Approximately half an hour after completing the purchase, I canceled the ticket. However, despite canceling the booking, the ticket price has still not been refunded to me.

Later, when I checked my account activity, I noticed a charge of €119.99 under the name Opodo. When I contacted Opodo about this transaction, I was told that it was a membership or subscription fee. However, I never knowingly approved any membership, signed any agreement, or clearly accepted such a service. Everything appears to have happened in the background without my awareness.

Even though I called customer service many times, I was never able to reach someone who truly understood the problem or could provide a real solution. I was told that the refund for my canceled AJet ticket had been processed, yet I still do not see any refund reflected in my account. Because of both the unauthorized membership charges and the missing refund for my canceled ticket, I have experienced serious financial frustration and inconvenience.

I demand that Opodo immediately cancel this membership or subscription that was started without my permission, fully refund all €119.99 charges withdrawn from my account so far, and also refund the full amount for my canceled AJet ticket.
