Opodo Charged My Card Twice for Prime Subscriptions

They charged my card twice for PRIME subscriptions less than 24 hours after buying tickets (279 pln 2 times each). Calling customer service on all numbers is unrealistic. Chatting can't help. The subscription was supposed to be a trial, which could be canceled within 14 days. It's a shame and untrustworthy. I do not recommend anyone to use Opodo services and I will write negative reviews everywhere and tell everyone that Opodo is  untrustworthy!! It cooperates with eDreams Odigeo Group.
