Omix Smartphone Failure and Irresponsive Support

In May, I made an online purchase from Teknosa, and the product was delivered by courier from the Optimum AVM Eryaman store in Ankara. When I received the item, I noticed it was crooked. I thought it was the design at first, but later realized it wasn't. To make matters worse, the device overheats frequently, and the screen behaves as if it is receiving commands from someone else, causing it to reset on its own. Furthermore, it has become excruciatingly slow, and despite being water-resistant, a single raindrop disrupts the touchscreen. I contacted Teknosa, and because my device was still under warranty for another year, I sent it in for service. They promised to respond within 20 business days, but I received a message on September 18, 2023, after sending it on the 11th. To my surprise, they claimed it was a user error and demanded 2022.03 Turkish Lira for the repair, claiming it was not covered by the warranty. I later discovered that the Teknosa service department noted "physical damage to the device" in their report. My insurance company assured me that Teknosa should not have sent it for repair without first correcting the record, as this could potentially implicate me. Why wouldn't I have had it repaired for free if it had been accidentally damaged? But it's clear that this is a hidden flaw that I discovered later. My friend purchased the same device and is experiencing the same crookedness issues. Why are you producing and selling defective products that cause people undue hardship? I urgently request that you address my complaint and resolve this matter as soon as possible. I've tried calling the service department for an hour and they haven't responded. If my issue is not resolved, I intend to file a legal complaint with all relevant authorities against Teknosa, KVK service, and Omix. My friend has witnessed the same issues with the same model. Please find a solution to post-purchase issues and stand by the products you sell. I request that the appropriate steps be taken.
