Odeabank Review: Unresponsive Support and Account Access Issues

-I am frustrated with Odeabank’s lack of customer service. Due to a SIM card block, I have been unable to access my account, and despite following all their instructions, my issue remains unresolved.
I sent the required documents via email, yet they rejected them, saying photocopies are not accepted and that I need to take a photo instead. What kind of bureaucratic nonsense is this? If you had any doubts about my identity, why not just call me instead of making me jump through hoops?
Odeabank’s customer service is unhelpful, misleading, and completely inefficient. I have wasted enough time trying to fix this issue. I will never use this bank again and strongly advise others to avoid becoming their customer.
