Vodafone GSM Line Activation Problem

I've been dealing with a frustrating problem with the activation of my Vodafone SIM card for the past two weeks. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance, I have yet to receive a response or solution from their customer service. To make matters worse, I'm getting calls from them offering a new SIM card when the issue is with the activation process, not the physical card. It's discouraging to see them prioritize selling new services over addressing the existing problem. I've spent hours calling five different numbers, but no one appears to be interested in resolving the activation issue. Their lack of concern and dismissive attitude are entirely inappropriate. If they are unable to activate the SIM card, they should simply cancel it.
