Royal Match Connection Problem Prevents Player From Joining Clans

I have been playing Royal Match on my iPhone for about a year, and during this entire time, I have not been able to connect to the internet within the game. Because of this connection problem, I cannot join clans or participate in any of the online game events. I can only play the basic offline levels, and all online features are closed to me, even though my phone has internet access. I have not been able to contact support because I did not find or understand a clear communication method in the game, so this issue has remained unresolved. As a regular player, I would like to use all the rights and features of the game, including joining clans and events. Could you check my Royal Match account to see if the connection problem that prevents me from accessing online features be fixed, and that my right to participate in clans and events be restored so that I can fully use the game?
