Melbet Deposit Missing After 1,700 EGP Payment Through Vodafone
I am writing about a deposit problem I experienced with my verified Melbet account in Egypt (ID: 1455370087). On 10/03/2026, I deposited 1,700 EGP through my Vodafone bank. The amount was deducted from my Vodafone balance, but it has not been credited to my Melbet account. I contacted Vodafone regarding this transaction, and they confirmed that the payment was completed successfully on their side. Despite this, my Melbet balance has not increased, and I have been waiting for more than three days for the amount to appear. This is not the first time I have faced this kind of issue with Melbet, which makes the situation even more frustrating. On 10/03/2026, I also contacted Melbet customer support and opened a payment query under the number 14069006. However, despite providing details of the issue, the problem has still not been resolved, and the missing amount has not been credited to my account. I request that the 1,700 EGP deducted from my Vodafone bank on 10/03/2026 be urgently credited to my Melbet account (ID: 1455370087), or that a clear explanation and solution be provided without any further delay.
