I am writing to report that my Litmatch account and device were banned last week due to an alleged “violation of norms.” At the time of the ban, I was in a chat room talking with other users when I suddenly received a violation notice and was immediately blocked, without clearly understanding what exactly I did wrong. I was not aware that anything I said was prohibited on the app, and I did not receive a detailed explanation about the specific rule I supposedly violated. Since that moment, I have not been able to use Litmatch on my device, which is extremely frustrating because I believe the ban was applied in error or at least without sufficient and clear information. I kindly request that my case be reviewed carefully, that I be informed exactly which rule I allegedly violated, and that the ban on my device be removed so I can use Litmatch again. If necessary, I am willing to follow any additional guidelines to ensure that my use of the app fully complies with the community rules.
