Unable to Purchase Funds on Newly Opened Odeabank Account

I recently opened a new account with Odeabank, but I cannot purchase funds due to the error message, “User identification not found.” This issue has persisted, and despite my efforts, there has been no resolution within 24 hours.

It is extremely frustrating to face such a problem with a newly opened account. If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I have no intention of continuing with this bank. I expect immediate action to correct this error and restore my ability to purchase funds as intended. This experience has been deeply disappointing and has shaken my confidence in Odeabank’s services. Please address this matter urgently.
