Unable to Access My Uption Account Due to SIM Card Block - Requesting Refund

I am unable to access my Uption account due to a SIM card block, even though I have not changed my SIM card or operator. When I initially contacted customer service, they told me I needed to submit a written request. Although I hesitated due to the anticipated delays, I eventually sent the requested document, including my personal details.

Now they are asking for additional documents, such as a photo of my ID or driver’s license, despite me answering all security questions accurately. It’s frustrating that they still don’t believe I’m the account owner. I don’t experience such issues with other virtual banking apps, where I can access my accounts without hassle.

I no longer wish to deal with this process. I request that the balance remaining in my account be transferred to the IBAN I provide upon contact and that my Uption account be closed afterward. Please resolve this promptly.
