I Cannot Access My Bank Account Without My Old Phone Number

I no longer have access to my old phone number, which has made it impossible for me to use my account or update my information. Whenever I try to contact the bank for help, I'm met with customer service representatives who respond in a dismissive, almost mocking tone—redirecting me in circles instead of offering a real solution. Why is it so incredibly difficult to reach a bank I’m supposed to trust with my money? Why has wasting customers’ time become so normalized? This isn’t just bad service; it’s outright negligence and disrespect. Avoid this bank at all costs. Spare yourself the frustration. I deeply regret ever becoming a customer.
