Famradar Charged $2.99 and $9.99 After Failing to Locate Lost iPhone

On 13 March 2026, I used Famradar in Maryville, TN, to try to track my lost iPhone, but the app did not help me find any location for the device. Despite following the process, it showed nothing useful, and I was unable to locate my phone. During this process, I provided my debit card information because I was expecting only a single $0.99 charge, as it was presented as a free or very low‑cost option. However, I later noticed that there were two separate charges made to my bank account, one for $2.99 and another for $9.99. I do not know how to reach Famradar customer support, and therefore have not been able to resolve this directly with the company. I request that Famradar refund both of these charges that were taken from my bank account, since the service did not help me locate my phone, and the total charges were not in line with what I expected to pay.
