My AJet Ticket Was Converted to a Coupon Without Notice

I purchased an AJet flight ticket via O Bilet for the Ankara–Balıkesir flight at 15:40 with the reservation code 476CCM. My flight date was 6 June. Without any notification to me, my ticket was turned into a coupon as of yesterday. I paid a total of ₺4,915 for this ticket. My ticket was converted into a coupon of only ₺460 and I was not informed by O Bilet via SMS, e‑mail or any other channel about this transaction. I only found out when I checked it myself. Afterwards, I tried to reach O Bilet customer services: the live support did not deal with my issue at all and the phone number they provided never connects to an operator, so I could not get any information or support. Because my ticket was converted into a coupon of only ₺460 without my knowledge and I could not receive any support despite my attempts to reach them, I request that the full amount of ₺4,915 I paid for this ticket be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
