I purchased a bus ticket through Obilet for a trip from Sinop to Samsun on 17 April at 4:00 PM, paying ₺450 with my bank card. I later cancelled this ticket and was informed that the refund would be processed within 1 to 20 days. Despite this period having fully passed, no refund has been made to my account. My ticket/PNR number is LQ003S1SV. I have been patiently waiting for the refund, relying on the time frame given to me by your customer service, but I have not seen any movement in my bank account so far. I request that my ₺450 payment for the cancelled ticket be refunded to my bank card without any further delay and that I be informed about the status and date of the refund.
