Obilet Refused Help After Missing Pegasus Flight
I bought my 10 April Istanbul–Elazığ 19:25 Pegasus flight ticket via Obilet. I missed the flight and immediately called Obilet customer service to find out what could be done about my ticket. I was told very plainly that they could not help, that they “do not have a system for this” and that I should call the airline and ask them for a refund. If I am going to deal directly with the airline and try to get my money back from them, there is absolutely no point in buying the ticket through Obilet. In this situation Obilet has not provided any support or added value and has completely left me alone. I strongly object to being pushed back and forth between the company and the airline like this. I demand that Obilet accept responsibility in this matter, apologise for the lack of support and take the necessary action regarding my ticket and my payment, instead of simply redirecting the customer. I also request that Obilet review its customer service approach so that no other customer is treated with this indifference again. After this experience, I will not be using Obilet again and I will share this situation so that other consumers are also informed.
