Hello, approximately for 40 years, been a consumer of Ferrero products both abroad and in the country. It should be explicitly stated that the taste of Ferrero products I consumed abroad, especially in Germany and Italy, differs due to the quality of the raw materials used and economic conditions, most likely due to the probable restrictions. However, one cannot ignore the issue of these restrictions. I have witnessed incredible topics on the website. What is happening? Doesn't a team from Germany or Italy come for inspection? There have been numerous errors during production. There is a weakness in terms of quality control for food. The object we encountered towards the end of a 630g jar of Nutella, which we bought 3-4 weeks ago, should definitely not be present in this product. I will share the photos and if necessary, I will contact Ferrero in Germany and Italy to share them. I already have a connection with Ferrero Germany in Frankfurt, and I will share the photos with them. People's health is not so cheap in Turkey. Whether it's a bug or a piece of fruit, or anything else, I have also witnessed that it appeared while I was spreading Nutella (Ferrero) on my daughter's bread towards the end. I truly believe that Ferrero Turkey needs to be reviewed. Unfortunately, this is a great disappointment, and I demand that the related incident be rectified to a great extent.
