Carrefour: Products Containing Bugs, Irresponsible Service, and Uncaring Employees


Hello, For quite some time, I've been encountering products with insects, spoilage, and shortened shelf life at the Carrefour store on Ortaklar Street in Istanbul. I went to Carrefour several times with issues like damaged packaging, spoiled watermelons, and foul-smelling cheeses, but I couldn't make a purchase. When I mentioned the presence of insects in front of the packages, they claimed it was included in the price, or I expressed concerns about the potential health hazards of their products, but no one listened. For your convenience, I've attached videos of the containers with compartments inside. I am hopeful that this problem can be resolved quickly and effectively. Thank you very much.
