ASICS Novablast Showing Early Wear And Claim Denied As User Error
On November 5, 2025, I purchased ASICS Novablast running shoes from Marlin Spor store in İzmir. Since the model is designed for summer use, I only started wearing them in March 2026. I used the shoes approximately every other day, for an average of 7 hours per use. Despite this relatively short period of use, noticeable wear and tearing developed on the inner upper part of the shoe.
When I returned the product to the store for inspection, the result came back as “user error,” and my claim was rejected. However, considering the limited usage time and frequency, I do not believe it is normal for a shoe in this price range to show such significant wear so quickly. This suggests a possible manufacturing or material defect rather than misuse.
I paid $130 for this product, and I find it unacceptable that it has deteriorated in such a short time and that my complaint was dismissed without a proper solution.
I request that my ASICS Novablast shoes be replaced and that my issue be resolved fairly.
