ASICS Gel-Venture 6 Gore-Tex Shoes Torn And Not Waterproof After 3 Months

On August 15, 2025, I purchased ASICS Gel-Venture 6 Gore-Tex Unisex Brown Sneakers (model 1203a560-200, size 43.5) from Marlin Spor via N11, and the product was delivered to me on August 18, 2025. I used the shoes for 3 months in daily city conditions. Despite this limited and normal use, the shoes developed tearing between the sole and upper, cracks appeared on the upper parts, and the shoes started leaking water. For a product labeled Gore-Tex, this level of wear and loss of waterproofing in such a short time is unacceptable.

For the past 3–4 days, I have been contacting the seller N11 messages, but no solution has been provided. I called Asist customer service and they redirected me to N11. When I contacted N11 support, they requested photos, which I provided. I was told my case is under review and being expedited, but the process is still ongoing with no clear result or timeline shared.

A product used only in city conditions for a short time should not deteriorate this quickly. For order number 201974536537, I request a full refund of the $130 I paid. I ask that my issue be resolved promptly and that the review process be completed with a clear outcome without further delay.
