Yesterday, I purchased a large jar of Nutella and noticed a gritty, firm texture inside the product. Even though the jar was newly opened, the consistency was completely different from what I am used to. The expiration date shows 2026, and I stored the product under proper conditions. However, in its current state, it is not suitable for consumption.
I have not previously contacted Nutella customer service, and I have not had the chance to return or exchange the product. I am requesting either a replacement or a refund. I kindly ask that the product be examined and that my concern be resolved.
