About 8 months ago, I purchased ASICS Jolt 5 black sneakers from the Boyner website. I only used the shoes for daily wear, yet after a short period, tears and holes started to appear on both sides of the shoes on their own.

I sent the product through Boyner to ASICS for warranty inspection. However, my claim was rejected without any clear explanation. I was not provided with a detailed reason, nor was there any proper justification such as specific user error. The request for a refund or resolution was simply denied.

It is unacceptable for a product used under normal daily conditions to tear from both sides in such a short time. This clearly indicates a quality or manufacturing issue rather than misuse.

I request that ASICS and Boyner re-evaluate the warranty process for this defective product and provide a replacement. If replacement is not possible, I demand a full refund of the amount I paid.
