Nutella Promotion Complaint — Invalid or Unreadable Lid Code

I purchased your Nutella 400 g jar on 11/23/2025. I wanted to collect points using the promotional code inside the lid and take advantage of the campaign rewards. However, the last character of the code printed on the bottom of the jar is completely faded and unreadable — it is not even clear whether it is a letter or a number. Because of this, I cannot enter the code correctly into the system and am unable to benefit from the promotion.

This situation has caused inconvenience, and I am unable to participate in the campaign in the way I am entitled to. I request that my issue be resolved and that I be provided with the necessary support to benefit from the promotion.
