Nutella App Not Giving Recipe Points - Gift Error Deducted Points Unfairly

I have been using the Nutella mobile app in Türkiye for a long time and regularly collecting points by entering the codes of the products I buy. In the past, I was also earning 25 points once a week by submitting a recipe, but for about the last six months I have not been receiving any points from my recipe submissions, even though I continue to participate as before. In addition, I believe there is a problem with the gifts in the app. It looks like there is only one sample gift shown as available, and many people are trying in vain to win it. When I finally selected a gift, the system gave an error and I could not receive it, and despite this error, points were deducted from my account. I have contacted your customer service / app support about the missing points and the gift error, but the problem still continues. I am disappointed and I am seriously considering switching to local and national alternatives instead of Nutella. I kindly request that my missing points and the points lost due to the gift selection error be checked and refunded, that the technical issue in the gift selection process be resolved, and that clear information be provided about the real availability and number of gifts in this campaign.
