Novakid Trial Lesson Canceled Last Minute, Disappointing My Child

I scheduled a trial lesson for my daughter with Novakid, and she was very excited. The platform kept sending me messages and emails leading up to the session, but just three minutes before the lesson was supposed to start, the teacher canceled it. This was incredibly disappointing, both for me and my daughter, who was looking forward to it.

To make matters worse, the next available lesson was scheduled five days later, which is unacceptable for a platform that claims to prioritize customer experience. How can such a poorly managed system exist? I demand Novakid improve their scheduling process to ensure this doesn’t happen to others and compensate us for the frustration and lost time.
