Novakid Ignored My Refund Request Despite 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

On October 13, 2025, I registered for a Novakid Standard Membership and completed my payment by credit card. My child only attended the free trial lesson, and afterward, I realized that no available time slots matched our schedule for the planned three hours of lessons per week. Because of this, I decided to cancel my membership and request a refund.

Even though Novakid clearly states a 14-day unconditional refund guarantee, my cancellation and refund requests through the app have not been processed, and I have been unable to cancel my membership. I also have not received any response from customer service.

My registered email address is s***********@gmail.com**. I request the immediate cancellation of my membership and a full refund of the payment I made, in accordance with the company’s refund policy.
