I Cannot Recover My Gmail Account Despite Using Google’s Recovery Page

I am writing to request help recovering my Gmail account because I urgently need access to important information stored there. The Gmail address I am trying to recover is “saraviaale****@gmail.com.”

I lost access to this account around December 2024 after changing my phone. Since then, I have not been able to log in because I no longer remember the password and I also lost access to the original recovery email and recovery options connected to the account.

Previously, I regularly used this Gmail account in Colombia, first on a Samsung Galaxy J2 Core and later on a Redmi device. This account contains important information that I forgot to transfer to my other email before losing access.

I have already tried to recover the account through Google’s official recovery page, but the process did not work. I was unable to verify my identity successfully, so I am still locked out of the account.

I kindly ask Google to review my case in detail and help me recover access to my Gmail account “saraviaale****@gmail.com.” I would also appreciate guidance on any additional verification steps or an alternative way to confirm my identity so I can regain access and use my account again.
