Novakid Canceled My English Lessons Repeatedly During My 6-Month Subscription

In the last month and a half, my scheduled English lessons with my 6-month Novakid subscription have been consistently canceled, forcing me to continually reschedule. The ongoing interruptions have created significant difficulties in achieving any level of consistency or advancement in the lessons. I believe my time and money are not being appreciated, as I signed up for this service anticipating dependable scheduling and high-quality education. I've found myself dedicating more time to lesson planning rather than participating in them. I feel disappointed with this experience and wish I had selected a different platform for my language learning journey. Novakid should focus on resolving these issues to fulfill the service they guarantee.
