I started using 1Win after being introduced to the platform by a promoter, and I was attracted by both the entertainment aspect and the opportunity to earn money. Over time, I deposited a total of ₹17,000 into my 1Win account.

On 4 May 2025, I successfully withdrew ₹11,400 and another ₹2,000 from my account. However, shortly after these withdrawals, I discovered that my account had suddenly been banned. I did not initially understand the reason for this restriction, and later I received an email stating that I had violated the platform’s user guidelines.

If I unknowingly made a mistake, I sincerely apologise, because I genuinely did not know that I was violating any rules. Even the promoter who introduced me to the platform never informed me that using a second ID could be considered a violation. My account appears to have been blocked around 8 May 2025, and I officially became aware of the ban on 9 May 2025.

At the time my account was banned, there was approximately ₹24,000 remaining in my gaming balance and around ₹14,000 connected to pending withdrawals. My gaming ID is 310172734, and the account is linked to the email address sujaltharu****@gmail.com. I am located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

I am also seriously concerned about the behaviour of certain promoters connected to the platform. In my case, I used the promo code of a promoter named Jai (code: UMP35). I believe 1Win should carefully investigate how such promoters operate, because users are encouraged to join through these codes while promoters benefit financially from users’ losses and even receive percentages connected to profits, which can create misleading or dishonest practices.

My main request is very clear: I want my 1Win account to be reactivated, and I want all of my money returned to me, including both my remaining gaming balance and all pending withdrawal amounts.

Despite sending many emails to 1Win regarding my banned account and frozen funds, I only received one response and then no further communication at all. I therefore request urgent action and a proper resolution to this issue as soon as possible.
