Bitexen Global Rejected My Withdrawal After Accepting My KYC Documents

I have been using Bitexen Global from India and completed my KYC verification using my PAN card and Aadhaar documents, which were initially accepted and approved by the platform without any issue.
However, when I attempted to withdraw a small amount of approximately $23 on 11.02.2026 at 00:52:14, my withdrawal request was suddenly rejected. After this rejection, I was informed that my withdrawal would not be processed and that I could “do whatever I wanted,” which I found extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and unfair as a customer.
For more than three to four months, my money has remained blocked inside the platform, and I have been unable to access or withdraw my funds despite the fact that Bitexen Global had already accepted my KYC documents earlier during the verification process.
In my opinion, accepting PAN-based verification documents first and then later refusing withdrawals while keeping user funds inaccessible creates serious distrust and raises major concerns regarding fairness and transparency for users.
My request is very simple and reasonable: I ask Bitexen Global to provide a one-time manual withdrawal approval using my PAN and Aadhaar card verification so that I can finally withdraw my remaining $23 balance without any further delay.
After the withdrawal is completed, if Bitexen Global no longer wishes to support or accept these documents for future use, I also request that my account be closed properly.
I kindly ask for my funds to be released immediately and for this matter to be resolved fairly and professionally.
