Missing Novakid Lessons Despite Previous Payment – Requesting Refund

Today, I logged into Novakid to schedule lessons for my son, which I had already paid for in full. However, when trying to set the class time, a message appeared stating I needed to repurchase the lessons. To my shock, all the lessons I painstakingly saved for—sacrificing other essentials for my child’s education—had been reset.

The company claims this occurred because I didn’t log in for the past three months. Yet, they failed to notify me beforehand via email or message about this policy or its impending consequences.

I demand the immediate reinstatement of the lessons I purchased. As a paying customer, I expect better communication and resolution from Novakid. Please address this issue promptly.
