Burger King Delivered Tiny Sundae Portions Instead Of Full-Size Orders

On 11 May 2026 at 23:34, I placed an order through Yemeksepeti from Burger King Osmanlı Bul. No:11 Aeropark İş Merkezi Kurtköy (Yenişehir Mah.). In my order, there were 4 King Sundae and 2 King Sundae Chocolate products.
Although I specifically selected the King Sundae size, the ice creams I received were more than half empty and nowhere near the large portion advertised. In fact, the portions were not even close to a medium size. Additionally, the chocolate sauce was almost nonexistent, making it very clear that the products were not prepared properly or according to the advertised standard.
After receiving the order, I immediately reported the issue through the Yemeksepeti application. Unfortunately, the customer support agent I contacted showed no real interest in helping solve the problem or providing a satisfactory resolution.
This is also not the first time I have experienced similar problems with food orders, which makes the situation even more disappointing. The repeated negligence in both product preparation and customer support quality seriously damages customer trust.
I request that the full amount paid for these products be refunded or that my ice cream order be resent correctly, with proper full-size portions prepared as advertised. I also kindly ask for this issue to be reviewed carefully and for necessary measures to be taken to prevent similar situations from happening again in the future.
