Novakid Trial Class Issues, Unable to Use Services and Requesting Cancellation

I signed up for a Novakid membership for my child, starting with a trial class. However, the class was unusable as the instructor’s camera never turned on, even though my camera and audio worked perfectly. This experience has left me doubting the platform’s reliability.

Additionally, I have concerns about the safety of my child’s data, as I’ve heard claims that children’s images may be used without consent. I want to cancel my membership immediately but have not been provided clear guidance on how to do so. Novakid must address this issue and improve its service quality and transparency. I expect a prompt response and assistance with canceling my membership.
