I have no information about any application or membership named Tracelo. I did not register for such a service, did not approve any agreement, and did not authorize this withdrawal in any way.
I believe this transaction took place sometime in October or November, and since it was carried out entirely without my permission, I am first requesting that the $22 USD withdrawn from my account be refunded immediately. In addition, if there is any subscription or membership opened in my name related to Tracelo, I want it cancelled immediately, and I request that Kuveyt Türk conduct a detailed security review of my account.
