Requesting Immediate Refund for Unauthorized Tracelo Charge

I noticed that $22 USD was withdrawn from my Kuveyt Türk account without my knowledge or consent. In my account activity, the transaction description appears as “05,402591****0947,24000775365100023292232,338842,12/31/2025 12:00:00 TRACELO-HELP.com 9ZE9Z”**. I have no information about any application or membership named Tracelo. I did not register for such a service, did not approve any agreement, and did not authorize this withdrawal in any way.

I believe this transaction took place sometime in October or November, and since it was carried out entirely without my permission, I am first requesting that the $22 USD withdrawn from my account be refunded immediately. In addition, if there is any subscription or membership opened in my name related to Tracelo, I want it cancelled immediately, and I request that Kuveyt Türk conduct a detailed security review of my account.

I kindly ask that this unauthorized transaction be urgently investigated, that my financial loss be resolved, and that I be informed in writing about the outcome.
