Quotex Blocked My Account After Email Verification Failed
I registered on the Qxbroker platform using both the iOS mobile app and my MacBook, deposited funds, and completed many transactions. I also fully completed all required personal information, including my identity details. However, when I tried to verify my email address, the verification email never arrived, which prevented me from fully confirming my account.
Because of this issue, I contacted the platform’s support team and explained that I wanted to verify my email address or, if possible, change it. Despite asking for help, my account was completely blocked shortly afterward, without any reasonable explanation. There is approximately $80 USD in my account balance, and due to the block, I cannot access this money.
Responses from the support team are extremely slow, often taking several days, and the only reply I receive is that my account has been blocked. Even though I provided all the information they requested, including my identity documents and wallet address, the block was not lifted, and the issue was not resolved. Asking for help with an email verification problem and then having my account blocked and my funds held inside has seriously damaged my trust.
I believe that my Qxbroker account with ID number 74279963 has been blocked unfairly. I am requesting that the block be lifted, that my account be fully verified, and that I be allowed to withdraw my funds if I choose. If the block will not be removed, I request that the $80 USD balance in my account be refunded to me in full.
