Tracelo Subscription Scam Charged My Card

On January 4, 2026, at 1:51:51 AM, an amount of $23 USD was charged without my knowledge or consent from my Yapı Kredi debit card by a company named Tracelo. I did not sign up for any membership, subscription, free trial, or similar service, yet this amount was still deducted from my card.

As soon as I noticed the transaction, I filed a dispute through Yapı Kredi Bank, but so far no refund has been issued, and the transaction still appears as completed in my card activity. Since I never knowingly approved any agreement, membership, or subscription with Tracelo, I am experiencing financial harm as a result of this charge.

I am requesting that the $23 USD charged to my card without authorization be refunded to my account as soon as possible, and that any membership or subscription opened in my name be immediately and permanently canceled, if such a record exists.
