Quotex Denied My $3 Risk-Free Bonus Due to Trustpilot Issue

I was unable to receive the $3 risk-free promotion code offered by Quotex because I was required to leave a review on Trustpilot, which I could not do. I attempted to participate in this campaign on December 4, but since I was unable to post a review on Trustpilot, I could not meet the requirement, and the promotion code was not added to my account.

When I contacted customer support regarding this issue, I clearly explained that I was unable to leave a review, but no solution was offered. I was simply told that because I could not leave a Trustpilot review, I was not eligible for the promotion. However, the lack of any alternative option or workaround for users who cannot leave a review on Trustpilot due to technical or other reasons creates an unfair situation.

Even though I am unable to post a review on Trustpilot, it is clear that I intended to meet the campaign requirements. Therefore, I am requesting that the $3 risk-free promotion code be credited to my account.
