I Paid for One-on-One Lessons with Novakid but Got Group Classes Instead

Two weeks ago, I purchased individual English lessons for my daughter through Novakid. Despite clearly selecting one-on-one sessions during the sign-up and payment process, we’ve been directed exclusively to group classes from the very beginning. This is not what I paid for, and every month Novakid continues to charge my credit card ₺3.514.

I tried to reach customer service to fix the issue, but I couldn’t find a working phone number or any real-time support. It's unacceptable that there's no way to talk to an actual representative for a service we’re actively paying for.

We signed up specifically for individual tutoring sessions, not group lessons. I expect Novakid to remove us from the group class setup and activate the private sessions we paid for immediately. This issue needs to be addressed without further delay, and I expect full access to the service as promised.
