I purchased intermediate one-on-one English lessons from Novakid for my 12-year-old child. However, for the past month, our lessons have been constantly canceled due to frequent teacher changes, and we were unable to attend several of our scheduled classes. Because of these disruptions, I decided to cancel our membership. During a chat with a Novakid live support representative, I was told that we could still use the remaining 24 lessons even after cancellation. These lessons are worth approximately ₺15,000, so I rescheduled and began using them again over the next few days.
However, yesterday I received another message stating that, because my membership had been canceled, all my remaining lessons were now deactivated. I find it completely unfair that I am not allowed to use lessons I already paid for. When I contacted support again, I was told that I could only use the remaining lessons if I reactivated my membership, which is unreasonable.
I am requesting that my unused lessons be reactivated so my child can complete them, or alternatively, that the payment for the 24 lessons be refunded. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment, especially after paying in advance.
