Nocturne Hooded Faux Fur Coat Disappointing Quality

On September 7, 2023, I bought the Hooded Faux Fur Coat with order number DBA74-25023-684773 from Nocturne. Unfortunately, the goods exhibited signs of damage soon after use.
I immediately reported this issue to customer service, and following an investigation, you inspected the merchandise for 21 business days. However, I received no feedback, and it was determined that the damage was the result of user mistake.
The lack of communication throughout the process, combined with the dismal end of returning the merchandise as damaged, has left me really upset. This experience falls short of the quality and customer satisfaction I expect from Nocturne, causing me to lose trust in the brand.
As a firm that values customer happiness, I was disappointed and startled by the poor service I received from Nocturne. As a result, I have no plans to shop at Nocturne again, either online or in-store, and I will spread the word about my unpleasant experience.
