I purchased a faux wool jacket from Nocturne, but after wearing it only twice, the inner lining has started shedding fur excessively. The shedding is so severe that I can no longer wear it because the fur from the outer layer begins to float in the air as soon as I put it on. I’ve attached photos to demonstrate the issue.
I believe this is a manufacturing defect and request a replacement for this product. It’s disappointing to encounter such a quality issue with a brand I trusted. I expect Nocturne to address this promptly and provide a resolution to restore my confidence in their products.
