Zara Coat Purchased at Hilltown Pilled Within a Month – No Support Without Receipt
On November 20, 2024, I purchased a coat from the Zara Hilltown store. Within just one month, the coat began to pill significantly, despite my careful use. I had chosen the coat with great enthusiasm and never expected to need a replacement, so I discarded the receipt.
However, when I approached Zara for assistance, they refused to address the issue because I didn’t have the receipt. Even though the transaction can easily be verified through my credit card records, they were unwilling to provide any support or stand behind the quality of their product.
Zara, this is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and accountability for defective items. Please resolve this matter promptly!
