Requesting Refund or Replacement for Defective Nautica Jacket

Dear Nautica Support,

On December 31, 2023, I purchased a jacket from your Nautica store (Branch 046 Nautica 41 Burda, Invoice: xxxx 2597) for ₺3,299. Despite using the jacket under normal conditions, I noticed a significant quality issue—feathers began protruding from multiple areas, and visible deformations developed over time.

I have owned jackets from other brands with similar features and used them for years without any problems. This situation has left me extremely disappointed, as the product does not meet the expected quality standards and appears to qualify as a defective item.

Under Articles 8 and 11 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, I kindly request either a full refund or a replacement of the product. I expect prompt action and a clear resolution to this matter. Please update me as soon as possible.
