I Face Fraying Collar Issue on Stradivarius Jacket

On January 9, 2025, I purchased a jacket (code: 0576****39) from the Stradivarius store at Forum Istanbul. Even though I... wore it only a few times, the collar area began to fray and come apart. I never washed the jacket, never sent it for dry cleaning, and haven’t applied any treatment or alteration.
