Nocturne has bad quality and no policy for returns

I purchased a crop top from Nocturne, a Turkish brand that produces clothing in the Middle East, for 1,600 TL. Within just three weeks of wearing it, the top started to fall apart. I contacted Nocturne to request a return or exchange, but they refused, claiming that I needed to write a review first. This is unacceptable, as a customer should not have to jump through hoops just to get a defective product replaced. If Nocturne wants to compete with big brands in Turkey, they need to improve their quality and offer better customer service. In the meantime, I urge others to avoid wasting their money on Nocturne products.
