Nocturne Dress Color Bleeding: Replacement Denied
In 2022, I purchased a dress from Nocturne's collection and only wore it a few times throughout the year. In the summer of 2023, I washed the dress by hand using soap, and the colors ended up bleeding together. I shared my problem with the Akbatı store, and they confirmed that they have received similar complaints about this product. They promised to replace it if I returned it. After two months, I came back and realized that the price I spent on the dress last year would only buy me a T-shirt this year. I declined to accept this. They replied, "The decision is yours." After that, I warned them that I would report the issue to their main office. A woman from headquarters promised to take care of the problem, but no one ever checked back. How can it be considered fair to swap a dress for a t-shirt from the wardrobe?
