Issues Returning a Jacket from Nocturne Online Store

I purchased a jacket from the Nocturne online store, but it didn’t fit. When I went to the Nocturne store in Ankara Cepa to return it, I was told that online returns must be processed through a shipping service. When I asked about the return deadline, the store staff said they didn’t know.
I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times, but I can’t reach anyone. Now I’m left with a jacket I can’t return, and I’m extremely frustrated with this lack of support.
This experience has completely deterred me from shopping with Nocturne again. I expect a prompt resolution and clear instructions on how to process my return. Shoppers, beware of their return policies!
