Lacoste Sold Me a Low-Quality Product in Turkey and Refused to Replace It

I purchased a Lacoste item in Turkey, anticipating the same quality and durability as those made in France. Unfortunately, the quality did not meet my expectations. The fabric began to tear after only a brief time, despite my adherence to the care instructions. When I contacted customer service, I encountered a lack of concern, and my request for a replacement was brushed aside. I was surprised to encounter this problem from a brand that positions itself as high-end. The most frustrating aspect is the noticeable difference in quality of Lacoste’s products across various countries. Lacoste must prioritize consistency across all markets to uphold its reputation. I’m really disappointed with this purchase and will definitely think twice before buying from them again in Turkey.
